Option 1: This route will begin at Song Han Bridge (or Dragon Bridge) running to My Khe Beach road, then visitors need to move along this coastal road in the direction of Linh Ung Pagoda. Linh Ung Pagoda is directly on the beach, so visitors will notice it immediately away. After passing through Linh Ung Pagoda, tourists will come to a fork with a signboard. Visitors follow the signpost named “banyan tree”, this sign will lead you to a road. The road is rather narrow, yet it will take visitors to the desired location.
Option 2: Visitors can follow the road to the top of Ban Co. On the road leading to the top of Ban Co, visitors will encounter a bifurcation in the road, you need to turn to the right. This road is quite small and steep at a position on the mountainside. As a result, visitors should proceed with caution and a firm grip on the steering wheel. Just go straight and you will reach the location of the banyan tree.
The journey to Son Tra peninsula is relatively easy, but the approach to the summit of Son Tra mountain and the 1000-year-old banyan tree is quite zigzag and requires patience from visitors.
