With this location, the industrial park is located near key areas:

• 5km east of Da Nang International Airport, only about 3km from the railway station
• About 2km from the city center

Da Nang Industrial Park was established on October 21, 1993 with a construction scale of about 50.1 hectares. The industrial park was established under Investment License No. 689/GP dated October 21, 1993 of the City State Committee on Cooperation and Investment. The investor for the project is MASSDA Joint Venture Company

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park

• Location: Hoa Khanh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City
• Distance to key areas: About 20km from Tien Sa port, 10km from Da Nang International Airport, 13km from Song Han port and about 5km from Lien Chieu port.
• The construction scale is about 394 hectares, currently the industrial park has been filled with 100% of investment capital

The industrial park was established on December 12, 1996, by decision No. 3698/QD-UB of the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam and Da Nang province (old). The investor for the project is Da Nang industrial park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company.

Main investment fields: Production and processing of agricultural – forestry – fishery products, mechanical and electronic industry – assembly, garment, production of post-petrochemical products, raw materials for small-scale construction industry.

Currently, the Industrial Park has attracted nearly 200 large and small investment projects, of which 26% of the total capital is foreign projects. Receiving a strong investment wave is a bright spot, but it comes with environmental consequences.

To solve this problem, the Ministry of Planning and Investment selected Hoa Khanh Industrial Park along with two other industrial parks, Tra Noc 1, 2 in Can Tho and Khanh Phu Industrial Park in Ninh Binh, to deploy the construction of an industrial park model. Ecological.

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park expanded

• Location: Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. The industrial park is located along National. Highway 1A, with this location it can directly connect goods trade to the Central Highlands provinces and also very easily connect to the markets of Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar.

The industrial park was established on March 25, 2004/ according to Decision No. 2001/QD – UB, of the People’s Committee of Da Nang city. This is a large-scale and prestigious young project of Da Nang city.

The project is located in a general architectural complex including residential areas, entertainment areas and industrial parks.

Production investment fields are quite diverse: mechanical assembly, chemical industry – plastic – and post-petrochemical products. Other industries such as paper and packaging production, construction materials, agricultural-forestry-and fishery product processing.

Currently, the project has created thousands of jobs for unskilled workers in the city, contributing to boosting the economy of the industrial park and increasingly attracting more investors to the project.

Lien Chieu Industrial Park

• Location: Hoa Khanh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City
• Distance to key areas of the city: 15km from Da Nang International Airport. 15km from TTTP, 18km from Song Han Port, 25km from Tien Sa Port and about 14km from the railway station.

The industrial park’s location is right next to Lien Chieu seaport – the most important and busiest seaport of Da Nang and adjacent to the southern exit of Hai Van tunnel pass.

The project scale is 289.35 hectares. The Industrial Park was established on April 18, 1998, according to Decision No. 344/QD – TTg of the Prime Minister. Currently, the occupancy rate is 53.7%  and is still in the process of calling for investment capital.

Investment areas include heavy industry, chemical manufacturing, construction materials production and bonded warehouses.

Currently, the project is gradually synchronizing and modernizing the infrastructure, along with flexible payment methods, to gradually attract more investors to soon fill the operating ratio.

The industrial park attracts mostly young, highly skilled workers. They are trained from Universities, Colleges, High Schools, and Vocational Schools of Da Nang City.

In addition, there is also a part of labor from neighboring provinces such as Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai… promising to gradually meet the project’s production expansion needs. In the future, it will gradually become one of the key industrial parks in Da Nang.

Hoa Cam Industrial Park

• Location: Hoa Tho Tay Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City. The geographical location is quite favorable, adjacent to National Highway 14B, the East-West economic corridor
• Distance to key locations: 8km from Da Nang City Center, about 10km from Tien Sa seaport, about 7km from International airport, nearly 8km from the city’s railway station.

The project scale is 136.73 hectares. Hoa Cam Industrial Park was established on September 19, 2003, according to Decision No. 1252/QD – BXD of the Ministry of Construction.

The investor for this project was initially Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company, then it was transferred to Hoa Cam Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company. Currently, the occupancy rate of this project is up to 88.2%.

Because Hoa Cam Industrial Park is planned as a clean industrial park, it will receive investment and development fields of the project including: production of electronic and electrical equipment, all kinds of components – mechanical products, garment industry, industrial agricultural and food processing industry.

Regarding labor costs at a mid-range level, the industrial park currently attracts a large number of young workers with a certain level of skill. In the future, it is expected to attract more highly qualified workers.

Da Nang Fisheries Service Industrial Park

• Location: Located in Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city
• Distance to key areas: Approximately 4km from downtown, about 2.5km from Tien Sa seaport, about 18.5km from Lien Chieu seaport

The project scale has a total area of 50.63 hectares. Da Nang Fisheries Service Industrial Park was established on September 4, 2001 under Decision No. 5210/UD – UB.

Phase 2 of the project was established under Decision No. 10939/UD-UB dated December 31, 2002 of the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Da Nang City.

The investor of the project is Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company. Currently, the occupancy rate of this project has reached 100%.

Da Nang City is one of the key seafood industries in Vietnam. Therefore, the establishment of Da Nang Fisheries Service Industrial Park is to exploit two main fields: the exploitation and processing industry of aquatic products and fish port logistics services.

Due to activities in this field, wastewater treatment to protect the marine environment is a top concern of the industrial park management board.

The city’s Department of Natural Resources and Environment has implemented many positive activities to reduce pollution such as: dredging Tho Quang lock, wastewater treatment of the station, reviewing the entire collection system process, strictly handle cases of violation of regulations.

Da Nang High-Tech Park

• Da Nang High-Tech Park is located in Hoa Lien Commune and Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City. The scale of the project is up to 1129.76 hectares.
• The investor for this huge project is Trung Nam Machinery Installation and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

The location of this high-tech park is quite far from the center of Da Nang city, but has extremely important significance.

The high-tech park is located right on the Da Nang – Quang Ngai highway, connecting key economic zones in the Central region: Chan May – Lang Co Economic Zone (Thua Thien Hue), Chu Lai Economic Zone (Quang Nam) ) and Dung Quat economic zone (Quang Ngai).

Da Nang High-Tech Park was established under Decision No. 1979/QD-TTg dated October 28, 2010 of the Prime Minister. Da Nang High-Tech Park is the country’s third multi-functional industrial park, after two high-tech parks in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
